高职生就业难的原因 ,主要是高职院校培养的人才不适应经济发展和用人单位吸纳毕业生能力下降。应从优化高职院校专业设置 ,加强毕业生就业指导研究 。

The main reason of the employment problems of higher vocational students is that the students graduating from the higher vocational colleges are not suitable to the economic development and the capability of the staffed unit is lessened.To overcome the problems, we should optimize the speciality installation of the higher vocational colleges, improve the employment guidance and research of graduates, and the government may implement the appropriate measures.
