摘要
本文使用含十二烷基苯磺酸钠、β-环糊精和丙酮的水溶液作稳定剂,解决了低含量金试液的稳定性问题。同时发现,以此稳定剂作为洗脱剂,可以定量洗脱吸附在泡塑上的金,而且得到的洗脱液可以直接用于金的化学发光测定。在此基础上,建立了一个灵敏、简便、实用的地质样品中痕量金的化学发光测定法。
A new ,sensitive, simple and practical chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace gold in geology sample is reported. It is based on the fact that dodecylbenzene sulfonate,β-cyclodextrin and acetone can stabilize trace gold in aqueous solution,and their aqueous solution can quantitatively elute gold absorbed on the surface of foam plastic,the trace gold in eluate can be detected directly with luminol-H2O2-AuCl?chemiluminescence system. The method has been successfully used to determine trace gold in geology sample.
