摘要
用实验研究了改性后的粉煤灰处理低浓度二氧化硫问题,探讨了改性粉煤灰含湿量、用量、烟气量和二氧化硫浓度等因素对粉煤灰脱硫效率的影响.实验发现:改性粉煤灰在含湿量为30%,用量为30g,烟气量为200L/h,SO2浓度为0.2%时对二氧化硫的吸附效率在98%以上,持续时间达到30min,其效果优于市售一级活性炭,说明粉煤灰对二氧化硫的脱除有很好的研究和应用价值.
Through experiments, how to treat low concentration sulfur dioxide with modified-character ash fly is studied. The effects of the humidity, amount of modified-character ash fly, the smoke flux and the concentration of sulfur dioxide upon the desulfurization efficiency are discussed. Experiments show that when the humidity is 30%, amount 30 gram, smoke flux 200L/h and the concentration of sulfur dioxide (0.2%,) we can get the result that the modified-character ash fly adsorbs the sulfur dioxide with a adsorbing efficiency of over 98% and the adsorbing time can reach 30 minutes. The effects are better than that of the first-class active carbon available in the current market. This indicates that modified-charater ash fly has considerable research and practical value in the removal of sulfur dioxide.
