用SLS—胶束荧光法监测延胡索乙素的血药浓度

Monitor of Tetrahydropalmatine in Blood—Drug Concentration by SLS—Micella Fluoremetry

廷胡索乙素是中药元胡中镇痛作用较强的有效成分,本文在8种表面活性剂中,筛选出十二烷基磺酸钠为胶束试剂,在最佳实验条件下,对灌胃后24h内的兔血浆中所含延胡索乙素的浓度进行劝态监测,求出最大吸收峰浓度为1.83μg/mL,达峰时间为2h,24h代谢后血浆中残留延胡索乙素的浓度为0.430μg/mL,实验表明口服元胡水煎剂其镇疼作用可延续6h。

Tetrahydropalmatine is effective composition in corydalis yanhusuo. We chose SLS as micella ragent over ten kinds surfactant. Under the best experimental conditions, tetrahydropalmatine was monritored dynamically in blood—drug concentration after rabbits were poured drug down within 24 hours,and absorption peak concentration is 1.83μg/ml,peak time is 2h, metabolismthe concentration of tetrahydropalmatine is 0.430μg/ml after 24 hours. The results show that take simmering in water of cordalis yanhusuo oral that analgesia can remain 6 hours.
