摘要
本文提出了一个催化分光光度法测定微量溴离子的新方法。在磷酸介质中。利用Br^-对溴酸钾氧化罗丹明B反应的催化作用,于555nm波长处测其吸光度变化,用固定时间法、初始速率法对水中微量Br^-进行了测定,结果较为满意。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of bromide based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of Rhodamine B by potassium bromate has been established. The method has been applied to determine bromide in waste water with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviation (n=5) is 5% and the recovery is 103~110%.
