摘要 对利用双层辉光渗金属技术在25Cr2Mo2V基材表面形成W、Mo、Co高合金层进行固溶时效处理之后,研究了渗层的组织和性能。结果表明:在1240℃,5min固溶处理之后,渗层组织为低碳高合金马氏体,其表面层硬度较低,为430HV0.2。于540℃时效30min,由于细小的金属间化合物和碳化物的析出,表面合金层硬度从固溶态的430HV0.2升高到1 130 HV0.2。同时该表面时效高速钢具有较高的回火稳定性,在700℃回火2h,其硬度值仍保持在680 HV0.2以上。 An alloy layer of W - Mo - Co was formed on the substrate of 25Cr2Mo2V by the double glow plasma surface alloy technique. After solution and aging treatment, the structure and properties of the layer were studied. The experimental results showed that the structure of the surface alloying layer is low - carbon martensite with low hardness of 430 HV0. 2 after solution for 5 min at 1240℃ and then quenching. The hardness of the surface alloying is increased from 430 HV0. 2 to 1 130 HV0. 2 after aging treatment for 40 min at 540℃, with precipitation of tiny intermetallics and earbides. This surface age -hrardening alloy also possesses a ver?strong ability against temper softening, its surface hardness still exceeds 680 HV0. 2 after tempering for 2h at 700℃
