摘要
研究了奥氏体不锈钢A-TIG焊和普通TIG焊在焊接工艺参数不同时对其焊缝成形的影响。试验结果表明;在相同的焊接工艺参数下,与普通TIG焊相比,涂活性化焊剂的A-TIG焊的焊缝熔深有显著增加,而熔宽明显减少;在涂敷的活性化焊剂成分和涂层厚度相同时,与普通TIG焊一样,A-TIG焊的焊缝熔深也是随焊接电流的增加或焊接速度的减少而增大的。
The effect of welding parameter on weld form in A - TIG and conventional TIG welding of austenitic stainless steel is studied. The experimental results show that, under the same parameter, the weld penetration depth in A - TIG welding with activating flux is greatly improved compared with the conventional TIG welding, while the weld penetration width is re-duced apparently. In the same conditions of the composition and coated layer of activating flux, the weld penetration increas-es with the increasing of welding current or decreasing of welding speed as the conventional TIG welding does.
