乙酰苯胺的提纯和检测

Purification and Analysis of Acetanilide

本文采用多次重结晶的方法提纯乙酰苯胺,用差式扫描量热法测定主体含量,用薄层光谱扫描仪测定苯胺含量,用酸度计测定乙酸含量,用重量法测定其中的水份和灰份。所提纯的产品可在C、H、N元素分析中作为标准品使用。

Pure acetanilide was obtained by repeated recrystallization. It was then analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry, followed by determination of aniline by thinlayer chromatographic scanning, determination of acetic acid by acidometer, and determination of moisture and ash by gravimetric method. The analytical results of C,H and N in purified products by elemental analysis were compared with the stoichiometric values,the results show that purified acetanilide by recrystallization can be used as standard reference substance for C,H and N analysis.
