摘要
本文研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,铅(Ⅱ)与碘化钾、乙基紫形成水溶性离子缔合物,据此提出了测定铅的高灵敏度的分光光度法。该离子缔合物的λ_(max)=560nm,摩尔吸光系数ε_(560)=7.8×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),铅量在0~4μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律。方法有较好的选择性,用于工业废水中痕量铅的测定,结果满意。
Based on the formation of an ion-associate complex of Pb(Ⅱ) with potassium iodide and ethyl violet in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol a new highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of Pb (Ⅱ) has been developed. The absorption maximum of the aqueous soluble complex is at 560nm, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 7.8×10~5·Lmol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 4.0μg/25mL Pb. This method has been applied to the rapid determination of trace lead in waters with satisfactory results.
