摘要
本文采用Pd(NO_3)_2-Triton X-100作血清硒改进剂,使Se的允许灰化温度提高到1200℃,吸光度提高1.9倍。用X射线衍射剖析石墨管内表面沉积的凝相化合物,提出Pd(NO_3)_2存在下,Se的原子化历程。用Zeeman效应校正背景,有效地克服P、Fe等的光谱干扰,对其它元素的抗干扰能力也有所增强。方法检测下限为8ng/mL,RSD为10.9%。方法用于临床分析,对心血管病的诊断和病因研究有积极意义。
Pd(NO_3)_2-Triton X-100 was used as matrix modifier for the determination of selenium in serum. In this way the charring temperature can be increased upto 1200℃ and the absorbance can increase by 1.9 times. Based on identification of the compound deposited on the surface of graphite tube by X-ray diffraction the atomization mechanism of selenium was proposed in the presence of Pd(NO_3)_2. The interference of Fe,P and other elements reduced effectively by means of Zeeman effect background correction. The detection limit was 8ng/mL and RSD was 10.9%. The method can be used in clinical analysis, which is of use for studying the cause of heartattack and diagnosing the disease.
