The Relation Between Homologous Retention Values and Homologous Factor in Thin Layer Chromatography

根据蒋明谦的同系线性规律推导出薄层色谱中同系物比移值与同系因子之间的直线方程,用大量实验数据进行检验。拟合确定了同系物特性参数。按所提方程推算20组同系物在28类固定相上44种流动相下的R_f值,与实验值相比较,均方根偏差为1.7。

According to Jiang Mingqian's homologous linear rule,the linear equation between the values of the migration parameter of homologues and homologous factor is derived. The equation has been proved to be valid with a large number of experimental data, and we imitated and determined the characteristic parameters of homologues by means of fitting. According to the equation derived, the values of migration parameter of twenty groups of homologues on twenty-eight kinds of stationary phase in forty-four kinds of mobile phase have been worked out and compared with experimental data,the average square root deviation of 383 data sets is 1.7.
