摘要
本文依据正交函数分光光度法的基本原理,用BASIC语言,在Apple Ⅱ和IBM微机上设计了这一方法的程序,用以加速最佳正交条件的选择和确立。本文还对干扰组分吸收的求法、本法与其它多波长分光光度法之间的关系及它们各自转换曲线的求法,选择的正交(?)化等进行了探讨。并用该法建立了槐米中芦丁含量测定方法,以此来验证所设计程序的可行性。本法测得槐米中芦丁含量为18.60%(CV为0.60%,n=7),中国药典比色法为18.57%(CV为1.13%,n=7),本法添加回收率为100.3%(CV为0.74%,n=7)。
A computer program in BASIC language for orthogonal function-spectrophotometric analysis has been developed which runs on Apple Ⅱ microcomputer. The program can optimize the selection of wavelengths in multicomponent determination. The proposed method is particularly useful to eliminate interferences for determining a component in a mixture when the absorption bands to be measured are overlapped by a other absorption bands. The utility of the software was illustrated by the assay of rutin in Flos Sophorae immaturus. The content of rutin is 18.60% (CV=0.60%) by this method and 18. 57% (CV=1.13%) by the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The recovery of spired samples is 100.3% (CV=0.74%).
