摘要
本文研究了以KNO_3作基体改进剂,用标准加入法、光控温度石墨炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定了人体血液中痕量锡。方法的相对标准偏差小于6.0%,回收率在95.8~101%之间。
In this paper,the determination of trace tin in blood by optical temperature control GFAAS with the use of KNO_3 as matrix modifier was studied. The RSD of this method is less than 6.0% and the recovery was between 95.8% and 101%.
