摘要
在磷酸介质中,锰(Ⅱ)对铬(Ⅵ)氧化二安替比林苯(烯甲烷(DAVPM)成红色化合物的反应具有催化作用,于540nm波长处测量产物的吸光度,吸光度与锰量成线性关系,籍此建立了流动注射催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.03ng/mL Mn,线性范围为0.03~5ng/mL Mn。将该方法用于人发及水样中痕量锰的测定,结果令人满意。
A flow injection analysis(FIA)method for the determination of trace Mn Ⅱ has been establjshed.The method is based on the catalytic effect Of Mn Ⅱ on the oxidation of diantipyrinephenylethylenemethane with Cr(Ⅵ) in a solution of phosphoric acid. The limit of detection is 0.03ng/mL. The linear range is 0.03~5ng/mL of Mn. The method has been used to determine trace Mn in waters and human hair with satisfactory results.
