摘要
鹿科动物的骨质疏松症是近几年出现的一种疾病,它影响鹿的生长发育和繁殖,病重者死亡。我们采集梅花鹿和白唇鹿的毛、血样,用低温灰化方法和温法消解处理样品,用ICP分析了毛、血清中微量元素的含量。病梅花鹿毛样中Mg、Al、Ca、Ti、Fe、Cu、Zn的含量比正常组高,Ti、Cu、Zn的偏差率大于15%,而Si、Mn、P、V、Ag、Ba、La、Ce、Pb比正常组低,V、Ag、Bd、La、Ce、Pb存在明显差异,偏差率大于20%。这些差异在白唇鹿毛样中基本是重复的、在梅花鹿血清样中,Al、Si、Ca、Ti、Fe、Ba、La的含量高于正常组,Mg、P、Cu、Zn、Mn的含量低于正常组。在梅花鹿和白唇鹿的毛及梅花鹿的血样中P、Ai、Si、Ca、Ti、Fe和Mn的差异是一致的。鹿科动物的骨质疏松症可能与铝、锰、硅和铜的差异有关。
The osteoporosis of animals of the deer family is a disease found in recent years,which influences the growth and propagation of the deer and even causes the deer to die.The hair and serum samples of sika deer and white lip deer were collected and processed using the method of low temperature ashing and wet digestion.The contents of trace elements in hair and blood were analysed using ICP method.The contents of Mg,Al,Ca,Ti,Cu,and Zn in the samples of the diseased sika deer hair are higher than those of the normal,while Si,Mn,P,V,Ag,Ba,La, Ce,Pb are lower than the normal.V,Ag,La,Ce,Pb and Ba have markcd difference,which is similar to those in white lip deer.In the serum sample of the sika deer,the contents of Al,Si,Ca,Ti,Fe Ba and La are higher than those of the normal.The contents of Mg,P,Cu,Zn and Mn are lower than the normal group.The differences in P,Al,Ca,Ti,Fe and Mn in blood and hair of the sika deer are in agreement with those of the white lip deer.The os- teoporosis is probably relatd to the differences in Al,Si, Mn and Cu.
