流相化学图谱微机化仪器系统

摘要 建立了一种能兼容IBM PC、Apple Ⅱ和TRS-80微机的流相化学图谱仪器系统,可进行流动注射分析和停流动力学分析测定工作。硬件接口有八路模拟信号输入通道,能方便地与多种检测器进行联接。软件采用BASIC语言和汇编语言交叉编程,使得本系统既具有很强的通用性和可开发性,又具有能实时地获得各类流相化学反应体系信息的灵活性。经对Fe(Ⅱ) 与Bipy反应体系的流动注射分析和HgCl_2催化的[Fe(CN)_6]^(4-)与Bipy反应体系的停流动力学研究,表明本系统的设计是合理可靠的。并对进一步扩展本系统的可行性进行了讨论。 A microcomputerized instrumental system for flow chemography has been established.It can be run on IBM PC,Apple Ⅱ and TRS-80 microcomputers or their com- patibles,and performs flow injection analysis and stopped- flowkinetic determination.The eight-channel A/D converter in the hardeware interface makes the designed system to be connected with various detectors easily.BA- SIC and Assembly languages are used to write the system software in the way of crossprogramming.This endows the present system not only with great ersatility and ex- ploitability but also with large flexibility for rapidly ac- quiring chemical information from many chemical sys- tems.Through studies of flow injection alaysis,which is based on the reaction of Fe(Ⅱ)with Bipy,and of stopped fllow kinetin determination,which relies upon the reac- tion between[Fe(CN)_6]^(4-) and Bipy catalyzed by HgCl_2, the present system is examined thoroughly,and the results obtained show that the design of the system is reasonable and reliable.A discussion on the possibilities of expanding the present system has been made.
