One special measurement equipment for fast measuring dimensions of the steel back of automotive brake discs is designed and manufactured based on the coordination measurement principle.The design criterion, basic structure and its control system are introduced in detail.The equipment is simple in structure and is easy to use,which can be used by friction material manufacturers for outline dimension check of bought steel backs.
