摘要
青少年心理问题已日渐成为学校、家庭、社会关注的焦点,本文从一个案例入手,介绍心理咨询的基本理念及咨询的一些方法与技巧。提出:咨询者面对青少年纷繁复杂的问题,要透过现象看本质;需要更多地了解其个性形成与家庭教养的关系,采取家庭干预;重视学生青春发育期性健康教育。
Psychological problems of adolescent have become the focus of schools,families and the society.Faced with social complexities,consultants are required to understand more about the relation between individual personality and family breeding.Family interference is preferable and sex health education of adolescence should be taken into account.
