孟浩然隐逸思想的成因极为复杂,主要是受到三个方面的影响:一是宗教的影响,包括儒教的"无道则隐"、佛教的超脱尘世苦、道教的逍遥人生的影响;二是历史上消极遁世者的影响;三是地理环境的影响。此外,孟浩然游访寺庙、道观的活动对他隐逸思想的形成也具有不可忽视的作用。
