摘要
阐明了金刚石薄膜电致发光研究的重要意义 .综述了金刚石薄膜电致发光现象研究的进展情况 ,指出目前该方面研究中存在的问题 。
The importance and the research history of diamond thin film electroluminescence are presented. The exciting problems are analyzed, and the advances in diamond thin film electroluminescence are discussed. The possible way to increase the intensity of blue light emission from diamond films devices is issued finally.
