介绍一种全液压驱动的有6个自由度的喷浆机器人,它能灵活实现喷浆作业需要的各种动作。本文阐述了该机器人的整体结构、动作原理,并介绍其液压系统的设计原理、控制方式及节能措施。
This paper presents a 6 DOF shotcreting robot driven by hydraulic system, which can flexibly implement the motions needed for shotcreting task. The structure and motion principles of the robot are described and the design principles, energy saving measures as well as the control methods are also introduced.
