摘要
本文指出了中资商业银行现有财务组织模式以及架构已制约了组织的进一步增长。笔者在总结并借鉴国际领先银行财务组织模式的基础上,提出了我国商业银行财务组织模式再造的战略设想和实施步骤,最后指出组织变革过程中应该正确认识和处理的问题。
The paper points out that the current financial organization mode in Chinese commercial banks has constrained the further bevelopment of the organization.Based on studying the experiences of foreign commercial banks,the author makes proposals on the reorganization of commercial bank's financial organization model in China,and the paper alsw talks about issues that should be paid attention to in reorganization.
