摘要
在IBM PC/AT微机的基础上发展出内插式控制和数据采集接口板,可以自动完成超临界流体色谱仪的控制及数据采集,使整个色谱分析过程全盘自动化。该工作站具有超临界输液泵控制功能,能进行任意形状的温度、压力和密度程序洗脱。另外,工作站还可完成各种色谱数据的分析和处理。
Built-in contrul and acquisition cards for a supercritical fluid chromatographic workstation based on IBM PC/AT microcomputer have been developed to realize the fully automatic operation of chromatographic analysis. The workstation can perform varions chromatographic data analysis and management and can control temperature, pressure and density programs during gradient elution. The chromatographic system, interface hardware and software are described. Two examples of separation under pressure programs are presented.
