6-Sigma, a product quality control system in western countries, is a project to facilitate efficiency. This paper starts with the standpoints and characteristics of 6—sigma, contrasts the practice of it and open education, and then discusses the possible application of the way of thinking and strategies of it into the quality supervision of teaching process under open education.\;
