上海市中小学体育教师教育价值取向发展对策

On the Value Orientation of Shanghai Primary and Middle School PE Teachers

以文献资料法、问卷调查法等为主要研究方法,在分析上海市中小学体育教师教育价值取向现状特征及影响因素的基础上,结合上海社会发展及教育改革的实际情况提出应正确认识体育教师教育价值取向、发挥教育主管部门的作用、完善中小学体育教师继续教育体系等发展对策。

By the methods of literature study and questionnaire, the authors analyzed the character-istics and the influential factors of the value orientation of Shanghai primary and middle school teachers.They suggest in the paper that we should take a correct attitude toward the PE teachers' value orientation,bring into play the administrative departments and perfect the continuing education system for PEteachers.
