摘要
本文分析了网络时代图书馆服务的特征 ,指出服务的评价标准包括读者满意率吸引读者率、服务效率、情感投入率。评价的本质是进行服务质量管理 。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of library service in network age, and proposes that evaluation criteria of library service includereader satisfaction rate, reader attraction rate, service efficiency、input rat of emotion. The essence of evaluation is the management control of service quality and improvement of service quality.
