公共图书馆服务“市场化”问题与对策

图书馆是公益性质的单位 ,它的服务具有经济学理论上强调的公共物品的属性。政府在资源配置中理应加大对图书馆公共服务的投入 ,但是 ,目前图书馆尤其是经济欠发达地区的图书馆因缺乏政府的投入 ,生存与发展面临着严重的挑战。由此产生了公共图书馆服务“市场化”的现象 。
