浅谈竞走的教学

On Teaching of Heel-and-toe Walking Race

竞走对许多大学生来说是一项接触较少 ,比较陌生的田径项目 ,我国对这一项目也研究不足 ,没有长期稳定的研究方向 ,也没有较为突出的研究成果 ,推广起来较为困难。所以需要各位教师不断的摸索和改进 ,从基本技术入手 ,找出良好的教学和训练方法。

Heel-and-toe walking race,one of track-and-field events,is quite new to most stu-dents.Not much has been done and achieved in China in this field.Therefore every teacher of physical culture has to start his teaching from basic skills and improve his teaching and training.
