摘要
教师的神圣职责是“传道、授业、解惑”。教学有法而无定法 ,教师在教学过程中要提高教学质量 ,必须提高自己的业务素质 ,必须加强工作责任心 ,从提高学生学习数学的兴趣着手。
It is the teacher's job to create goals and tasks at which he/she could realistically expect the students to achieve.Teaching is to adapt,not to adopt.Every teacher desires to improve teaching by bettering his career quality,sense of duty and motivating students.
