摘要
In the condition of pH 2.5~4.7,ethyl eosin reacts with sildenafil to form red ion association complexes.The maximum absorption wavelengths and the maximum fading wavelengths were 550 nm and 520 nm,respectively.The apparent molar absorptivities(ε)were 2.09×104 and 2.44×104L·mol-1·cm-1,respectively.When the dual-wavelength overlapping absorption spectrometry was used to determine the sidenafi,their apparent molar absorptivity ε was increased to 4.57×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.The method was applied to the determination of the content of the agora sell and in human urine sildenafils with satisfactory results.
