摘要
The condition of the production of chitosan from aspergillus by fermentation was studied.After using machine grind and hot alkaline and acid pre-treatment,the condition of chitosan extractin was made by orthogonal design.The method of treating with alkali was carried out at 100℃ and 12.50 mol/L alkaline concentration for 2 h,the yield of chitosan from dry aspergillus strain reached 7.75%.The chitosan of 90.00% deacetylate degree was produced by using high pressure(0.1 pound)and diluted alkali(7.50 mol/L)method.It can reduce alkaline dosage and the pollution of the environment.
