摘要
采用高效液相排阻色谱对几种过敏物质,树木花粉、寄生虫和猫狗毛萃取物进行分析,测定主要成分的分子量。结果表明,高效液相排阻色谱适合过敏物质的成分分离和分子量测定。
The size-exclusion HPLC was applied to the analysis of several selected allergens, i.e. the tree pollen, faeces of mite and extracts from dog and cat hair. Main components in the samples were identified and their relative molecular weights determined. It was proved that by the results obtained in this work, the SE-HPLC is a feasible method for such analysis.
