摘要 在pH10的NH3 NH4Cl缓冲溶液中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化NaIO4氧化偶氮氯膦Ⅰ的反应可被Mg2+有效地阻抑,据此建立测定痕量镁的动力学光度法,方法的线性范围为0.00~0.56mg·L-1,可用于测定水中微量镁。 In an ammoniacal buffer solution of pH 10, the catalytic action of Mn(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ (CPA-Ⅰ) by NaIO_4 was effectively inhibited by Mg^(2+). The absorbances of the non-inhibited reaction (A_0) and inhibited reaction (A) under same reaction condition were measured at 540nm with 1cm absorption cell against water as reference solution. Linear relationship between lg(A/A_0) and concentration of Mg^(2+) ion was kept in the range of 0.00 to 0.56mg·L^(-1). This method has been used in the determination of micro-amounts of Mg^(2+) in ground water.
