研究表明,混合粉末的制备方法以及压制、烧结等工艺因素均影响钨基合金(W-Ni-Cu)材质的均匀性。本研究通过工艺流程控制,提高了钨基合金材质均匀性,具有实用价值。

The investigation resuit has shown that the preparation method of raw material powders,all the technology parameters of blending, pressing and sintering will influence the homogeneity of W—Ni—Cu alloys. In order to obtain an alloy with high homogenerty,it is necessary to control the parameters strictly. This research is valuable for improving the homogeneity of the alloys.
