摘要
以各种粉末的压制实验数据为依据,运用统计分析手段对川北公夫粉末压制方程的二种不同验证方法及其精确性进行了比较和分析,对方程参数的物理意义及方程的适用范围进行了讨论。并在此基础上,对川北方程进行了修正,修正后的粉末压制方程为: 统计分析结果表明,修正后的方程不仅具有更高的精度,而且具有更广泛的适用性。
On the bases of experimental data of the compaction of various powders, comparisons and analyses of two methods for varifying the powder compaction equation proposed by Kawakita and its accuracy have been made by using statistically analyzing measures and the physical significance of equation parameters and the application range of equation have been discussed. Furthermore, a modified equation is proposed, which is expressed as: log((D-D_0)/(1-D))= AlogP+B. The results of statistical analyses show that the modified equation gives not only higher accuracy, but also wider applicability.
