摘要
研究了以SBS为主要成分的硬质合金新型成形剂的合理配方与应用。试验表明,将SBS与一些助剂按一定比例溶在适当的溶剂中制成的粘合剂溶液作力硬质合金生产的成形剂,具有灰分低、粘结强度高等特点,所掺加的料成粒性好,压坯强度高。工艺试验表明,该成形剂的应用工艺与丁钠橡胶工艺基本相同,因此便于推广应用。
The reasonable formula and application of a new type of binder for forming cemented carbide with SBS as main composition have been studied. Experiments have shown that binder solvent manufactured by solving a given proportion of both SBS and some of medium into suitable solvent used as forming agents for the production of cemented carbide has the features of low ash contents, high sticking strength, etc. making the additives mixed good granularity and high strength compact. Technological experiments have shown that the binder is basically of the same application technology as that of butyl sodium rubber. Therefore, it is easy to be spread to practical use.
