摘要
在碳锰纯净钢中加入稀土元素镧和铈 ,用电化学方法测定了腐蚀电流icorr和点蚀特征电位Eb。结果表明 ,稀土种类和含量对碳锰纯净钢的腐蚀性能存在影响 ,镧、铈的适宜含量分别为 0 .0 11%和 0 .0 14 %左右。稀土的作用与它引起的组织变化和对极化过程中试样表面状况的影响有关。
Electrochemistry experiments were made on carbon-manganese steel with La and Ce in order to observe corrosion parameters such as corrosion current icorr, and characteristic potential of pitting E_b. The results indicate that the existence of rare earths has an effect on corrosion resisting property of clean carbon-manganese steel. The optimum content of La is about 0.011% and Ce is 0.014%. Furthermore, the effects of rare earths on microstructure and surface character of samples during polarization are responsible for corrosion resisting property of clean steel.
