摘要
本文主要通过对企业隐性知识的概念、特点、分类及其内容的分析 ,界定了企业隐性知识的内涵 ,并提出从激励式的人力资源管理。
Through the analysis of its concept,characteristics and its contents,this paper defines the connotation of tacit knowledge in enterprises.Also,It puts forward some management patterns to manage tacit knowledge in enterprises by human resources management,organizational learning management and organizational structure innovation.
