摘要 以单片机为核心的制袋机温度控制系统采用了基于专家智能与PID相结合的专家控制器,利用专家系统知识库输出修正PID参数以改变PID控制方式。据对象特性设计了99条控制规则,并将各种规则的调整方法及调整参数存于控制器。用改进积分法控制温度波动以达到最佳PID控制效果。 PID expert controller based on expert intelligent and PID was adopted in temperature control system for bag-making machine controlled by MSC-196KC microprocessor. PID parameters were modified with output of knowledge base for expert system to change PID control mode. According to characteristic of controlled object, 99 control rules were designed for the object, and the rules were saved in PID controller. Constant temperature was controlled by PID controller method based on expert control rules to achieve optimal PID control result.
