摘要
醋酸储罐计量管理系统由计算机和智能接口模块构成。系统采用分布式结构,计算机负责系统信息综合和计量管理。按计算机指令采集储罐物料液位和温度等信息。智能接口模块采用ADAM4000系列模块,ADAM模块经RS-485与计算机相连,并接受计算机ASCII指令对其遥控。系统软件用Delphi编写。
Measurement and management system for acetic acid tank with a distributed construction consists of microcomputer and intelligent instruments. The microcomputer is responsible for synthesizing information of the system and managing of measurement. ADAM4000 modules were adopted in intelligent instruments that sample the level and temperature values of acetic acid tank according to the instruction of microcomputer. ADAM modules are connected to the microcomputer via RS-485 and controlled by microcomputer with ASCII format instruction. The system software is compiled with Delphi.
