摘要
三相异步电动机综合保护法采用了一般保护和电子电器综合保护方式。一般用溶断器作短路保护,热继电器进行过载保护。调整过载和短路保护继电器的RP1动作值,完成过载和短路保护。用断相保护继电器获取断相信号,据输出电压变化构成断相保护电路,实现保护。温度继电器检测电动机温度,超过额定温度发出信号,接触器切断主电路,完成电机保护。
Integrated protection mode of conventional protection and electro-electrical equipment was used in protection of three-phase asynchronous motor. Fused breaker was used as short circuit protection, and heat relay protects over loading. The RP1 action value of over loading and short circuit protection relay was regulated over to accomplish the loading and short circuit protection. Short-phase relay obtains short-phase signal, short-phase protection circuit was formed according to change of output voltage to realize short-phase protection. Temperature relay tests temperature of motor, if it exceeds rating temperature to send a signal, contactor cut off main circuit to complete protection of motor.
