INVESTIGATION OF EQ153 ROCKER SUPPORT

对EQ153摇臂轴支座进口件的材质、性能进行了分析,并与本厂新研制的国产件材质、工艺性能进行了对比。分别采用进口铁粉和国产铁粉进行研制,并对两者的性能进行了对比,结果表明,本品替代进口实现国产化是可行的。

Analyses on the materials and properties of imported EQ153 rocker supports have been made. They have been compared with those of home-made products newly developed by our plant. The products were prepared by using imported and home-made iron powder respectively and their properties were compared. Results show that it is possible to substitue our products for imported ones and realize commercial production of this products in our country.
