摘要
本文简要介绍了大学英语四、六级考试作文网上阅卷系统(原型)及其特点与优点。该系统的特点是它能做到作文卷的真正随机分发，对阅卷行为的实时监控和对阅卷员的质量控制。这同时构成了网上阅卷相对于传统会议式阅卷的主要优点。
This paper introduces the prototype CET Online Essay Marking System, a software designed to facilitate the online scoring of CET compositions. The System's main features include real random distribution of scripts at the national level, real-time monitoring of scoring, and assured quality control of raters. These accordingly constitute the major advantages of online marking over traditional conference marking.
