马尾松优良家系选择的适宜年龄研究

Suitable Age for Selection of Superior Families in Seed Orchards of Masson Pine

利用广西南宁地区林科所马尾松种子园自由授粉子代测定试验11年历年的观测数据,分析了不同年龄的家系方差分量、家系遗传力的变化,研究了年龄间的遗传相关和各年龄的相关信息量,估算了在一定选择强度下的遗传增益和选择效率.从遗传力、年龄间的相关程度以及早期选择的风险与效果考虑,马尾松种子园优良家系的选择可以在7～8年生时进行.

Using the observation data collected from 1 to 11 years of 168 clone progeny tests of open-pollination, this paper analyses the genetic variances, the heritabilities, the age correlation and the genetic increment of different-age families of Masson pine. The genetic gain and selection efficiency are estimated. The result shows that the best selection should be made at the age of 7～8 years in the seed orchard of Masson pine.
