山茶属红山茶组内杂交亲和性及其影响因子 被引量:17

摘要  采用常规杂交育种的方法,以山茶属红山茶组内4个物种及22个品种为杂交亲本,设计51个组合进行试验.结果表明:2002、2003年物种间平均结实率分别为24.30%、27.99%,2002、2003年品种间平均结实率分别为12.41%和21.01%;相同亲本花粉对不同物种或品种杂交亲和性有明显的影响,不同亲本花粉对相同物种或品种杂交亲和性也有明显的影响;广宁红山茶4个单株的杂交结实率存在显著差异;红山茶组内适宜作杂交亲本材料的有宛田红山宠、广宁红山茶、浙江红山茶3个物种及17个红山茶品种. Camellia is an important woody flower of China. Hybrid breeding is one of the frequently used methods to create new Camellia varieties. The test of hybridization compatibility was conducted on 4 species, 22 cultivars and 51 cross-combinations from Sect. Camellia during the spring of 2002 and 2003. The results show that the average rate of fruit bearing is 24.30% and 27.99% within the species of this section, 12.41% and 21.01% within the cultivars of this section; that the male parent pollen of the same species or cultivars influences the hybridization compatibility of different Camellia species and cultivars; and that the male parent pollen of different species or cultivars also influences the hybridization compatibility of the same Camellia species and cultivars. Those species such as C. polyodonta, C. chekiangoleosa, C. semiserrata and other 17 C. japonica cultivars are suggested to be used as cross parents based on hybridization compatibility.
