摘要
以4龄卫矛尺蠖为试虫,以取食量、虫体质量增长率、拒食率及死亡率为指标,用非选择性取食法及小叶碟添加法,测定乙醇、稀氨水两种溶剂浸提的雷公藤根皮粉浸提物的杀虫活性.结果表明:不同浓度的两种溶剂其粗提物对试虫均有拒食、毒杀及抑制生长发育的作用,且这种作用随其体积质量的增大而明显;但乙醇粗提物对试虫的作用比稀氨水浸提液的显著,乙醇粗提物的拒食中浓度AFC50为277.33mg·L-1,毒杀中浓度LC50为116.41mg·L-1,而稀氨水浸提液的拒食中浓度AFC50为383.97mg·L-1,毒杀中浓度LC50为314.96mg·L-1.
By using Abraxas miranda as the subjects and the feeding capacity, weight growth anti-feeding rate and mortality rate as the indexes, the activities of different solvent extraction of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook were tested with the method of non-choice feeding and the little leaf disc increase. Results show that the extractions have obviously insecticidal functions to Abraxas miranda but the extraction with alcohol is more active to Abraxas miranda; that the value of medium anti-feeding concentration (AFC_(50)) of the alcohol extract against the 4th larval of Abraxas miranda is 277.33 mg·L^(-1); that LC_(50) value of poisoning to the 4th instarts of Abraxas miranda is 115.41 mg·L^(-1); that the value of medium anti-feeding concentration (AFC_(50)) of the ammonia water extract against the 4th larval of Abraxas miranda is 383.97 mg·L^(-1); and that LC_(50) value is 314.96 mg·L^(-1).
