Strengthening ruling legitimacy is important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory on ruling party construction. On the basis of historical experience Deng Xiaoping attached importance to strengthening ruling legitimacy. He enhanced the persuasion of ideology by theory innovation, increased ruling achievement by developing production and culture, demonstrated the ruling party's value pursuing by construction of the party's style. By these measure the Party's ruling legitimacy was remained. Deng Xiaoping's theory and practice of strengthening ruling legitimacy led to the forming of Three Represents important thought and provided theoretical resources for it.
