全面建设小康社会给我国民族地区提供了千载难逢的机会。当前,我国民族地区虽然总体形势很好,但影响民族地区不稳定的不利因素依然存在。主要表现为七个方面:东西部地区差距进一步拉大,经济利益调整引起的矛盾增多,宗教问题和民族问题交织在一起,城市民族关系越来越复杂,民族意识增强,跨境民族经济发展落后,国际敌对势力利用民族、宗教问题不断进行渗透和破坏等。

Currently the total situation of China national regions is satisfied,however disadvantageous factors that influence stability of national region still exist.
