摘要
作为现代意义上的雇佣劳动关系的调整,我国立法还没有完全与经济的发展同步。完善雇佣关系的立法已经成为社会实践的迫切需要,这其中包括了整个体系的完善、法律法规的完善、具体条文和制度的完善等多方面的内容。作为完善立法的前提,国家统合模式则是我们应有的选择。
With the development of the market economy in our country, the regulation of the labor relationship becomes complex. Laws have not accorded with the economy, especially in the needs of the regulation of the legal relationship between employer and employees. The improvement of the legal system, laws, and the items becomes more and more important. About the mode selection, the state corporatism should be chosen.
