论提高思想政治教育有效性的主体条件

On the Main Condition of Raising the Efficiency of Ideological Education

思想政治教育在全面建设小康社会的伟大事业中,具有十分重要的作用,要实现经济和社会的协调发展,充分发挥我党思想政治工作的优势,必须切实提高思想政治教育的有效性,在思想政治教育的系统结构要素中,教育主体无疑起着举足轻重的作用。笔者认为,思想政治教育主体的影响力原理是实现其有效性的理论基础,权力性影响力和非权力性影响力是充分体现有效性的不可或缺的两个条件,因此,提高思想政治教育的有效性是有边际条件的,并非所有的人都能做好思想政治教育工作,只有那些具备良好综合素质并有一定影响力的主体才能取得理想的教育效果。

The ideological education plays a very important role in the process of building up the Relatively Comfortable Society.The efficiency of the ideological education should be promoted in case of realizing the development of the economy and society and give full play to the advantage of our Party's ideological career.In the parts of the system structure of the ideological education,education is by no means playing an essential role.The writer argues that the theoretical basis of realizing the efficiency is the influential theory of the main body of the ideological education.Further,the powerful influence and non-powerful influence are two essential conditions to fully realizing the efficiency.Therefore,raising the efficiency of the ideological education has its marginal conditions.Not all the people could take part in the ideological education,only the people who obtain good synthetical quality and some certain influence could acquire the ideal education effect.
